Purchasing a home is likely the largest financial investment most people will make in their lifetime. Just this week, it was announced that the insurance company will cover the family’s legal fees as they continue to fight to assert their rightful access via a township road. These savings will amount to tens of thousands of dollars. There has already been a district court battle and an appeal to the MN Court of Appeals, with more to come.
